Return Policy

1. Return Conditions

Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the items immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

The items are not of the correct type, model, as ordered in the purchase or as displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
Insufficient quantity or incomplete sets as indicated in the order.
The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents to prove the deficiencies in order to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Regulations on Notification Time and Sending Returned Products

Notification time for returns: Within 48 hours from receiving the product in the case of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
Time to send back the product for return: Within 14 days from receiving the product.
Location for product returns: Customers can directly bring the items to our office/store or send them via postal service.
